Which Type of materials and processes do you use?
Canvas On Wood Frame 20mm
Portrait. Shop laminate the canvas surface for ultimate protection. No cracking, water-resistant, cleanable, scratch proof and UV protection of up to 200 years.
All of our Art Portrait work is printed onto heavyweight canvas using genuine HP Vivera Inks at 1440 dpi, producing unrivaled image quality and the best Portrait canvas prints.
Our Canvas frames are made from European pine bars which are knot free to prevent warping.
Our Frame size is 20mmwhich is precision cut, mitred and then underpinned to provide a strong robust frame.
As well as providing fully finished stretched canvas prints, we can also print canvases that are laminated but not stretched, supplied rolled in a tube ready for you to frame yourself. Our rolled canvases are printed onto a heavyweight white canvas and are perfect for framing yourself.
We will add an additional two inches of printed edge material around your portrait canvas print to cater to any depth frame. Our Rolled canvas has a Laminated finish for ultimate protection; two-hundred-year ultraviolet protection, scratch proof, waterproof and cleanable surface.
Do you accept orders via email?
Yes, we can accept initial orders by email however you will need to complete the payment option in our online store or make a bank transfer and send a remittance receipt.
Do I need to register for prices or to order?
For prices you do not need to register however to complete your order you will be required to enter your email and this will register you as one of our customers. please note that we only send email newsletters to clients who opt-in to receive them.
Do you keep files uploaded to the website?
No. We do not store any images longer than required to process your orders, they are then removed from our system. Please ensure you keep your files as we are not a storage facility and cannot be held liable for loss of images.
How are discounts applied?
Automatic discounts will appear in your basket at checkout. Other discounts can be applied by entering the code during checkout.
How do I pay?
For payment, we use a secure PayPal gateway. This allows you to pay using your credit or debit card as well as the option of your PayPal account.
How are your invoices sent?
All of our invoices are sent electronically. You will receive these via email after placing your order, they are not included within any parcel we dispatch.
What are your delivery locations and costs?
We currently ship to UK Mainland, UK Islands and the Republic of Ireland. Details can be found by visiting the shipping information page.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to ship our rolled canvas prints and frames internationally due to courier restrictions on the size/weight of parcels however we are expanding our Professional Art Services worldwide and now offer a digital print for international customers, and in the near future, we will be offering a full service worldwide.
What is your order turnaround time?
All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days.
How are your products packaged?
Portrait. Shop canvas comes in layers of bubble wrap and a bespoke white box (A Single product up to 36”x26”). Larger/multiple canvas orders come in bespoke brown boxes. Rolled canvases are packaged within a tube to make sure your product arrives safely.
What if there is an issue processing my order?
If we notice there is an issue when processing your order, we will automatically place your order on hold. We will do our best to contact you to resolve this, however, we will refund the order if we cannot reach you after 7 business days.
What if I have an issue with my order?
If your product has any damage or you received an incorrect product please contact us immediately and we will try our best to resolve any issues. We will require you to send us an email stating your issue and photos to support your case. Our fastest point of contact is by email: email@example.com
